Day 3
Ananuri & Gudauri tour
- After breakfast, embark on an exciting journey to the mountainous areas of Georgia via the
- Georgian Military Highway through the Caucasus Mountains.
- The itinerary includes:
- Ananuri, a medieval fortress overlooking the Jinvali Reservoir
- Pasanauri, a settlement renowned for khinkali and the confluence of Black and White Aragvi rivers
- Gudauri, the largest and highest ski resort in Georgia, offering breathtaking views and opportunities for paragliding
- Panoramic view monument “Friendship of Georgia & Russia”
- Return to Tbilisi for an overnight stay.
Day 4
Mtskheta, Gori & Uplistsikhe cave
- After breakfast, explore the historical sites of Mtskheta, including the Svetitskhoveli royal Cathedral and Jvari Monastery.
- Visit Uplistsikhe cave town with its mysterious history from the III-II millennium B.C.
- The tour continues to Gori, featuring the Museum of Joseph Stalin.
- Return to Tbilisi for an overnight stay.
Day 5
Kakheti region: Bodbe & Sighnaghi tour
- Begin the day with breakfast at the hotel before embarking on an excursion to Kakheti, the wine homeland of Georgia.
- Highlights include:
- KTW (Kakhetian Traditional Winemaking), the largest wine factory in the region
- Gurjaani for an authentic experience of Georgian hospitality and traditional dishes
- Sighnaghi, one of the most beautiful towns in Kakheti, visiting Bodbe Convent and taking a walk in the charming town
- Telavi, a small yet significant town in Kakheti with the palace of King Erekle II
- Overnight stay in Tbilisi.
Day 6
Departure transfer to Tbilisi airport
- After breakfast, guests have a leisure day with a guaranteed late check-out.
- A departure transfer will be provided to Tbilisi airport for the journey home.
