Mount Kailash is known as a holy site among Hindu, Bon, Buddhist and Jain. It is believed to be the ultimate destination of souls and spiritual of whole World. Mt Kailash is also believed, the residence of Lord Siva’s “The God of all Gods”and Lake Manasarovar is soul of Brahma in Hinduism.
Itinerary
Day 1
Kathmandu (1300 m.) Arrival:
Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport in Kathmandu Nepal, our representative will welcome you at airport and transfer to the hotel. Check in to the hotel and evening briefing about your whole tour. Dinner at Hotel. Overnight stay at Hotel in Kathmandu.
Day 2
Kathmandu Sightseeing
After your breakfast at hotel and we processed for sightseeing in Kathmandu, Including Pashupatinath Temple (The Biggest Hindu Temple) and Guheshwori Devi and Budhanilkantha(sleeping Vishnu). Lunch at the hotel, evening packing for the kailash yatra. Overnight at hotel.
Day 3
Drive to Syabrubesi. Overnight stay at Syabrubesi.
After early breakfast drive to Syabrubesi (About 7/8 Hours drive ) overnight stay hotel in Syabrubesi (Near to Nepal/China border)
Day 4
Drive to Kerung (2900 M)
After Breakfast. After accomplishment all the immigration and custom formalities meet Chinese guide and Bus drivers, then processed the journey to Kerung Arrival at Kerung and overnight stay in a Hotel.
Day 5
Rest Day at Kerung (2,900 m.)
Acclimatization day in kerung. Whole day you can explore around kerung city or rest at the hotel.
Day 6
/4450m or Dongba: (Labug-La 5050m, Peku-tso and Saga, 245 km)
On the first long driving day over the sandy and rocky land of Tibet, other sites like lake, nomads chasing thousands of yaks and sheep, keep you busy. By the late afternoon you will cross Bhramha Purtra River on the way to typical Chinese and Tibetan town. Overnight in Saga.
Day 7
Manasarover (4558m) 500 km:
The longest driving day starts with full of excitement, Jeeps and trucks roll on the wide valley following rivers and grazing land of yaks and sheep. Far south you can see snow covered peaks nearby you, lots of rocky peaks and sand duns give you an ideal world. Depends on season, nomads and other mobile shopkeepers are attired by beautiful traditional costume, waiting for your arrival with hot tea and other supplies along with big smile.By the late afternoon you can have the first sight of Holy Kailash Parbat and Manasarovara. Hore, it is a small village nearby Lake Manasarover. Holy-Manasarovara: At 14950-ft/ 4558m. The highest lake of fresh water with turquoise complexion in the world is full of fishes and swans. Holy Kailash Parbat, Mt. Gurula-Mandata, Lake Rashekshi are laying on its surrounding. The region is considered rich for gold and other mines, hot springs and hundreds of wild living creatures. Night halt beside Manasarovar.
Day 8
Puja and drive to Tarchen (14975ft):
Manasarovar is the lake of compassion, tranquility and bliss. After completing the memorable morning Bath and Puja we will be heading towards Darchen. It is considered as a base camp for the Holy Kailash Parikrama.
Day 9
Trek to Dehara Puk/5000m:
It is one of the exciting days walking along the beautiful rocky cliffs; waterfalls with some clouds in the clear blue sky makes you feel the Great God Shiva is everywhere with tons of blessings to you. Time to time the face of Kailash Parbat will keep on appearing. For 18 km trail it takes almost 7 hrs.
Day 10
Hardest but Holiest day of your pilgrimage Yatra with Dolma-La (pass) of 18600ft
Between two valleys: Yamasthal should be crossed to reach the Shiva-sthal, here there is the symbolical death, Pilgrimages leave the Old clothes, spin of hair or a drop of Blood in hope, that terrible Yamraja (The master of death) will attention to these signs and will allow the Yatries (travelers) to be born in spirit to pass Dolma- La. The pass associates at Buddhists with the goddess Container, and at Hindu with Parvati, divine wife misters Shiva. On the pass tourists and pilgrimage hang out the Tibetan flags, On success. While your steps goes closer to the pass, Once you reach the top, just do the holiest offerings and sit down for meditation to forget yourself. Once your steps go down, Parvati-sthal and Gauri Kunda are on the way. By the late afternoon you will arrive at Zuthal Puk (the cave of Miracles. The great ascetic Milerappa is supposed to have performed miracles here).
Day 11
End of Kailash Parikrama and drive to Dongba
After short Trek (2 hrs) and reach to the point where the coach will be waiting and we will drive to Darchen and merge with other members who were waiting and drive to Dongba. Overnight stay at Guesthouse in Dongba.
Day 12
Drive Back to Kerung City – 270 km / 5.5 hrs.
Overnight stay at Guesthouse
Day 13
Drive back to Kathmandu (175 km) /overnight rest at hotel.
After Breakfast, drive to Nepal/china immigration after accomplishment all the immigration and custom formalities drive to Kathmandu.
Day 14
Transfer to airport
Transfer to airport for your onward flight.
Inclusions

- Tibet Group visa and travel permit fee.

- Personal call from mobile phones, there will be charge as per the use.
- Personal use of pony (horse) / porter during Parikarma [Kora].
- Single room supplement in Kathmandu.
- Any extra services such as extra vehicle / hotel nights / sightseeing tours than mentioned in the itinerary.
- Evacuation cost
- Travel Insurance.
- Extra cost such as extra night stay than mentioned in the itinerary, ill health, cancellation, changes in itinerary that are incurred due to unforeseen reasons such as road blockage due to landslide, heavy snowfall, strikes, flight cancellation etc.
- Visa splitting charge and extra transportation cost, if returning early from Tibet.
- Service which are not mentioned above in inclusion part.
Note: For Foreign & NRI Passport Holders Tibet Visa will be from Kathmandu Chinese Embassy. We need 02 Full working days for Visa Process as such Clients should arrive Kathmandu one Day or Two Day prior to the given dates by 10:00 AM so, that we can process visa on same day . Saturday / Sunday Embassy will be closed.

Be noted the above are tentative dates of Kailash Mansarovar Group Joining Tour. It will be fixed around one month before the travel date. Hence please reconfirm us the date before going to issue international ticket.
Note:
If you wish to extend your trip to any pilgrimage site such as Muktinath, Janakpur Dham, Damodar Kund, Kagvusundi Lake etc. or you want to go for any short trips such as Pokhara, Chitwan, Dhulikhel, Nagarkot etc. please ask us.

As all the tour programs are conducted strictly under the rules and regulations of Tibet Tourism Bureau (TTB), Duniyaonline will not be accountable for any changes due to change of official rules and laws of Tibet. Moreover Grand Tours will also not be liable for any changes in the itinerary due to unavoidable circumstances such as landslide, road blockage, flood, snow, political unrest, cancellation of flight, sickness and accidents. Any extra cost arising due to the above circumstances shall be borne by the clients on the spot.
To process your Tibet Group Visa, we need:
- A clear color scan copy of your passport along with 25% Advance payment. This must be provided to us at least 30 Days in advance.
Packing List for Your Kailash Yatra.
- Any regular medicines that you take.
- Enough Clothing for the whole yatra.
- A small Bag for day use.
- Toiletries kit like soap, Shampoo, toothbrush, towels etc.
- A good water bottles.
- Sports Shoes (Comfortable one for walking)
- Sun cream.
- Raincoat or Umbrella.
- Torch Light.
- Woolen Socks.
- Thermal Long underwear (Easy one while walking)
- 04/05 Passport Size Photograph.
